Aarna Law ties up with litigation specialist who shall head their Delhi Practice

Kirit Javali, has come on board as Of Counsel to Aarna Law who specialises in international and domestic disputes, including IPR practice. Having qualified as a barrister at Gray’s Inn, London, Kirit returned to India working with Crawford Bayley & Co before setting up his own firm Jafa & Javali, Advocates in 2003 until October 2023.

He regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, at various High Courts and District Courts in the country, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), Prevention of Money Laundering Tribunal and National Consumer Commission. Kirit was previously a standing counsel for the Chandigarh Administration before the Supreme Court of India.
