Brendon Pereira is part of the International Disputes Team at Aarna Law LLP and holds a Bachelor of Legal Science & Bachelor of Legislative Law degree from the University of Mumbai. He is enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa and is experienced in niche areas of practice which include aviation (wherein he was part of the general counsel team at Qatar Airways QCSC, in Doha) and Shipping Litigation (maritime laws) apart from the contentious and non-contentious areas of law.

As far as his maritime experience is concerned, he specializes both on the dry and wet side, focusing mainly on Bunker Supply Agreements, Crew Wages, Shipbuilding, Charter Parties, Rig Disputes, Bills of Lading, Collisions, Salvage, General Average, Groundings, Towage and Policy. He along with the team have successfully arrested and released vessels calling at various ports in India on behalf of domestic as well as international entities and were successful in making substantial recoveries.

His Aviation expertise includes drafting, vetting, negotiating and general strategic advisory on Agreements including but not limited to Sale and Purchase of Aircrafts, Dry and Wet Lease Agreements, Code Share Agreements, Standard Ground Handling Agreements for several Airport terminals across the airline network, Business Service Agreements, Sponsorship Agreements, Media Rights Agreements, Employment Contracts, Leave License Agreements, Non-disclosure Agreements, General Data Processing Agreements and Employment Code of Conduct.
