• Advise a US national on a partition suite filed in the civil courts with regard to joint family properties.
• Representing a UK citizen on the dissolution of a Hindu Undivided Family (HUF).
• Setting up a family trust for the children of an ultra-high-net-worth individual.
• Advising a large listed real estate company in setting up its Alternative Investment Fund (AIF).
