Aarna Law LLP would like to thank all the panelists, the audience, and its co-organisers Simha Law, Rajah & Tann and Nani Palkhivala Arbitration Centre, for the success of the seminar hosted in Chennai on 22nd July 2023.
The seminar was inaugurated by the keynote address of Justice F.M. Ibrahim Kalifulla and opening remarks by Mr. Arvind Datar, Senior Advocate. The seminar further delved into two crucial areas of law wherein a panel comprising Mr. Shreyas Jayasimha, Mr. V Bala, Mr. Krishnamuthy and moderated by Mr. N.L. Rajah, Senior Advocate had an enlightening and engaging discussion on International Shipping, Trade and Commodities Arbitration.
In the second session of the seminar the panel comprising of Ms. Kamala Naganand, Mr. Avinash Pradhan, Mr. Srinath Sridevan, Senior Advocate and Ms. CA Sripriya Kumar and moderated by Mr. M.S. Krishnan, Senior Advocate had an intriguing discussion on the topic, ‘Arbitrability of Corporate Disputes’
